Essen war erstaunlich kurz mach dem Bestellen am Tisch. Verkaufen billige Cuts zum gleichen Preis, Steak ohne Kruste auf der Unterseite, Salatsoße auf dem gleichen Teller. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns sofort die Rechnung gegeben. Meeresfrüchtepasta war nicht frisch, Nudeln überkocht.
Il sapore è nella media, il servizio è scadente. La bistecca di controfiletto è troppo salata, lo stesso vale per il polpo grigliato. La zuppa di pesce e il risotto ai frutti di mare sono invece discreti.
Dopo aver mangiato, il personale ci ha chiesto com’era andata la cena. Quando abbiamo detto la verità, hanno frettolosamente portato via tutti i nostri piatti, senza lasciarci finire l’acqua. In sintesi, non è stata affatto un’esperienza piacevole.

We could not have felt more cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the staff’s commitment to excellence was evident throughout the entire experience.
The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared, expertly presented, and absolutely delicious. The quality, creativity, and execution were on another level.

If you are visiting Nice, this restaurant is a must. Without question, La Vague was the best restaurant of our entire trip through France and Italy. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
