La Vague was the absolute highlight of our entire two-week journey through France and Italy. We could not have felt more cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the staff’s commitment to excellence was evident throughout the entire experience. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared, expertly presented, and absolutely delicious. The quality, creativity, and execution were on another level. What truly sets La Vague apart is the combination of incredible cuisine and heartfelt hospitality. The personal attention we received made our birthday celebration unforgettable. If you are visiting Nice, this restaurant is a must. Without question, La Vague was the best restaurant of our entire trip through France and Italy. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Cibo scadente. Materia prima magari anche buona ma non hanno idea di cosa voglia dire cucinare. Prese entrambe le specialità della casa e fortuna che erano specialità. Una paella così mai mangiata: un mix di riso basmati con peperoni aglio e del pesce buttato sopra. La Zuppa di pesce invece solo una brodaglia con un polipo e del merluzzo. Abbiamo chiesto un margarita e nemmeno quello. Infine il conto da ristorante stellato.
