I visited La Vague twice during my stay in Nice and had a great experience both times. The food was consistently delicious and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming.
The escargot was excellent — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and one of the best starters I’ve had in a while. I also really enjoyed the seafood pasta, which was fresh, rich, and full of seafood.
On my second visit, I tried the beef tartare and it was outstanding. Easily the highlight for me — incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully prepared.
Definitely a place I’d happily return to and highly recommend when visiting Nice.
